Group Health Coaching Programme – Saturday June 1st 2019, 9 – 11.30 am.

This programme will run one Saturday morning per month for a period of 6 months and is for anyone who feels that they could better improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes.

There will be a maximum of 6 participants in the group so everyone will receive individual attention as well as the benefits of working/sharing/supporting each other and being able to hold each other accountable for any changes you may wish to make.

During our 6 months together we will look at all the different aspects that comprise a happy, healthy life. These aspects include diet, exercise, our home environment, our relationships, spirituality, career and finances. During our sessions we will honour the fact that we are all individuals and recognise that what works for one person may not for another so there will be no hard, rigid rules to follow, just discussion about what may work for you as an individual and then time to trial out anything you wish to before we meet again.

More often than not we all know what is best for us, it can just be hard to implement it and even harder to stick to it. With a health coaching group you will meet like-minded friends who will support you on your journey and who will help to hold you accountable and in that way, it is more likely that permanent changes can be made.

The price of this programme (investment in yourself) is £120, £20 each meeting. A deposit of £45 (non-refundable) is required which is the price of your first meeting and a £5 deposit towards each of the other 5 meetings.

We will meet on Saturday mornings at the Source Yoga Studio in Mochdre from 9 – 11.30 am. The dates are as follows:

Yoga and Horse Meditation – Sunday 30th June and Saturday 13th July, 10 – 11.30 am

Horses are experts at living in the moment. We as humans can struggle with this which is where so much of our stress and anxiety can come from. Come and take some time out to be in the moment in nature, with the horse as your partner.
Cathy Ibbotson will lead you through an hours open air yoga practise followed by half an hour spent mindfully with my horses.
We will finish the morning with a chat and a slice of cake 😊
