Moon Intentions Workshops
The lovely Jadine is hosting a moon intentions workshop in October.
This is focused on utilizing the phases of the moon in a lunar cycle to put action towards your intentions, goals and desires.
If you are feeling disconnected with yourself, this is a great way to bring in a deep connection and understanding with your whole self. Mind, body and soul. Tap into the natural ebb and flow of the lunar cycle, and you will tap into your own rhythmic ebb and flow. I will be providing you with tools such as, yoga, meditation, journaling and more that will support your growth.
Is there something in your life you want but don’t know how to get?
Is there something in your life you would like to change?
Are you taking the time for some self care?
There is an ancient tradition of following the cycles of the moon to tap into your inner power. I have been using this in a modernized way to help me through big changes in my life, achieving my goals and desires, as well as connecting to my body and emotions. I want to share this with you as I believe it to be a powerful practise.
Come to connect, grow and take the time for you.
There are 4 sessions which will run from 11 am to 1 pm on Sunday October 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. The workshop should be attended as a whole rather than it being stand alone sessions. The cost for the 4 sessions is £60, Source Yoga members pay a discounted price of £52.

Information on Dashu:
I have been practicing meditation for 30 years and became a student of Lama Shenpen Hookham in 2002.
In 2011 I left London and moved to The Hermitage in Wales in order to dedicate my life to practicing the Dharma.
I have spent the last 7 years, living at the Hermitage in semi-retreat, working for the Community and continuing my training.
I recently completed a year-long solitary retreat, where I spent a number of months studying and contemplating the early Buddhist teachings sources and comparing them to the tradition as presented by Lama Shenpen.
I am very excited to explore how we can bring the Dharma into our western world, retaining that which is most meaningful and genuine, remaining connected to the lineage while finding ways to present it that is alive and touches our hearts.
