The pursuit of health and happiness has long been an interest of mine, especially since I spent a large part of my twenties and thirties suffering from fatigue and weakness which led to depression and anxiety. At the time I put this down to a mixture of young children and stress but I was eventually diagnosed with a blood sugar disorder (a pre-diabetic condition). Once I knew what was wrong I was able to change my diet and lifestyle to support my issues and I haven’t looked back since and a couple of years after diagnosis was able to enter and complete the Great North Run. Now I spend time practicing yoga, resistance training, running and horse riding – all of which I love and which help contribute to my continuing good health. You can’t be healthy if you’re not happy.

A Six Month Health Programme
This will involve us meeting once a fortnight for the six month period. This ensures that we have time to examine what isn’t working, create changes and new habits incrementally and that you have someone to hold you accountable. The price of the programme is £480 if you pay in full before our first meeting or you can pay £90 per month (making the full price £540). These sessions can be taken in person or online.
A Bespoke Programme To Suit Your Personal Needs
How often would you like to meet? What suits your time and financial needs? We can schedule a programme that suits you; the price is £45 per hourly session.
A Lifestyle Assessment
Revealing the link between lifestyle and well-being, Firstbeat helps you improve your daily performance, reach your goals and simply feel better by choosing the actions that will have a positive impact on your work, leisure and life.
The price of the Lifestyle Assessment is £90. This includes meeting up to give you the heart monitor and instructions, issuing the report once the measurement is complete and a 45 minute meet up once the results have been obtained to discuss the report and set appropriate goals.
I also do small group health coaching (approx. six participants) where we meet up once a month over a period of six months for a 2.5/3 hour workshop each time. This is a more affordable option for those who might find the six month programme too much of a financial commitment but would like to benefit from some help. The added benefit of this option is that you will have the support of the other group members as you work towards making changes and the realisation of your goals. The price of this programme is £20 per meeting so £120 in total.
